What types of parts do you carry?+
We specialize in used auto parts across all major categories: Body & Exterior, Electrical, Exhaust, HVAC & Cooling, Interior, and Wheels. We primarily source from European and domestic vehicles.
Are your parts guaranteed to fit my vehicle?+
All parts are listed with vehicle year, make, model, OEM number, and part number so you can verify fitment before purchasing. If you're unsure, contact us — we're happy to help confirm compatibility.
How do I search for a specific part?+
Use our search bar at the top of the site. You can search by part number, OEM number, or SKU directly. You can also use our vehicle search: select your year, make, model, and category to filter available parts.
What condition are your parts in?+
Every part is graded and labeled: New, Like New, Used, or Broken (sold as-is for salvage). Condition is clearly listed on every product page.

Ordering & Pickup

How do I purchase a part?+
Browse our shop, add the item to your cart, and complete checkout online. Once your order is confirmed, contact us to schedule a pickup time. All items are local pickup only by default.
Do you offer shipping?+
Shipping is not included by default — all orders are pickup at our facility. If you need an item shipped, contact us after purchase for a shipping quote. We'll arrange it and invoice you separately.
What are your hours?+
We are open Monday through Friday, 12pm to 9pm, and Saturday 12pm to 9pm. Sunday is closed. Please contact us before visiting to arrange a pickup — walk-ins without an appointment may not be served.
Where are you located?+

Can I inspect the part before purchasing?+
Yes — contact us to schedule a viewing. We'll have the part ready for inspection before you complete the purchase.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?+
All items are final sale unless there is a defect covered by our warranty policy.
What is your warranty policy?+
Select used parts come with a 30-day warranty against defects. Warranty does not cover improper installation, damage sustained after purchase, or electrical parts.
How do I make a warranty claim?+
Contact us at 416-878-4805 or onyxautopartscanada@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll work to resolve it quickly.

Selling Your Car

Do you buy cars?+
Yes! We purchase used vehicles for parts. Fill out the form on our Sell Your Car page or give us a call. We accept running and non-running vehicles.
How quickly will I get a quote?+
We typically respond within 24 hours of your submission with a fair offer.
What vehicles do you buy?+
We accept most makes and models including European and domestic vehicles. Cars, trucks, and SUVs are all welcome. Accident-damaged and non-running vehicles are accepted.
