All Sales Are Final
All purchases from Onyx Auto Parts are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases where an item is defective and covered under our warranty policy.
Please verify compatibility before purchasing. If you are unsure whether a part fits your vehicle, contact us before buying.
Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or was incorrectly described, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund under our Warranty Policy. To qualify:
- The defect must be reported within the warranty period
- The item must not have been damaged after purchase
- The item must not have been improperly installed
- Proof of purchase is required
Electrical parts are not eligible for return or warranty claim once installed — this includes ECUs, modules, sensors, switches, relays, and any component connected to a vehicle's electrical system.
How to Report a Defective Item

- Provide your order number and a description of the defect
- We may ask for photos or for the item to be returned for inspection
- If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion
